In partnership with The Consortium for Public Education, Woodland Hills Intermediate School is proud to participate in "Remake Learning Days" by hosting a very special event on Wednesday, May 11 from 6 to 8 PM. Intermediate students will showcase their STEAM-infused projects while parents and families will explore the new Maker Space and get to create, invent, and experience fun hands-on learning throughout the building. Special guest presenters include Gateway to the Arts, Assemble Pittsburgh, and Art Expression, Inc. The event is free and open to students/parents/community members in the Woodland Hills School District, and refreshments will be provided. Join us in our first "Remake Learning Days" and see the students work -- hover boards, bristle bots, volcanoes, geometric cities, ballroom dancing, quilting projects -- and try your own hand at making -- boat challenge, finger printing, LED project, expressive collage, I-phone speakers.
