Electrify Your Strings

On Thursday, May 21st, the Woodland Hills School District Department of Performing Arts presented Electrify Your Strings with the help of renowned electric violinist Bridgid Bibbens.  Approximately 250 WH string players in grades 4 through 12 from all schools in the WHSD participated in a two-day workshop with Bridgid and the awesome concert that followed.

Junior High Technology Survey

Please take our Technology Survey

 
This survey is about four things:
1. The use of technology for learning.
2. The level of access to technology for staff and students.
3. The level of skills from all staff and students.
4. The overall environment within the district.
The data collection window is open April 27th, until May 29th, 2015 and the survey can be accessed through smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktops. The surveys are tailored to the responder, ie, students answer different questions than teachers, etc.

WHHS is a Bronze Medalist by U.S. News & World Report

Congratulations to Woodland Hills High School on earning their second straight Bronze Medal by U.S. News & World Report.

The U.S. News rankings include data on more than 21,000 public high schools in 50 states and the District of Columbia. Schools were awarded gold, silver, or bronze medals based on their performance on state assessments and how well they prepare students for college.
