OBJECTIVES: To demonstrate proper throwing and catching skills.
 
Warm-up: Stretching routine.
 
Introduce and teach Pins or People

>Set up 3 pins on both sides of the gymnasium. Inform the students their goal is to knock down the oppositions pins. Students are allowed to guard the pins but if they get hit by a ball defending the pin they must do 10 jumping jacks. If a player from the opposite team catches a ball you threw you are out and must do 10 jumping jacks before returning to game play. When all pins are knocked down the game has ended. Remind the students they must stay on their half of the gym and to be honest when hit by a ball.
