August Wilson Center to Showcase WHHS Sophomore
"Joe Turner's Come and Gone" will kick things off Feb. 14-23 at the center, 980 Liberty Ave. in the Cultural District. DeVaughn Robinson, a sophomore at Woodland Hills High School, will direct a team of designers, tech and crew from Pittsburgh high schools and colleges.

DeVaughn directed, starred and co-wrote Alumni Theater Company's original musical "Reign" in 2010. He was a finalist in this year's Shakespeare Monologue and Scene Competition and won first place in the Regional August Wilson Monologue Competition, then placed third in the national competition in New York.
