The Woodland Hills School District uses AlertNow. The numbers on record for your children are used for call out purposes.
Types of Calls
The district may use AlertNow to notify you about emergencies, delays, cancellation, activities, or surveys. In all cases except emergencies and cancellations, only the primary number listed will be called. If you have more than one contact number listed with in our Student Information System, those numbers will only be called if the message sent is tagged as an emergency.
Not Receiving Calls
If you are not receiving calls, either delays, cancellations, or event notifications, please write to concerns@whsd.net with your name and number and we will enter the informaton as quickly as possible. You can also call the district at 412-731-1300, extension 0108 and we will remove your number from our system as soon as possible. Or you can write to alertnow@whsd.net and we will address your concern as quickly as possible.
Unwanted Calls
