Living Well: How It Works

How Living Well Works:

 

Runs During Each School Semester

-12 week sessions in fall and spring semester

-25 students per semester

-Built in incentives to help you achieve your goals

-Transition into mentors and leaders to help recruit from within the WHHS community

-Become a Living Well Team Ambassador to other members of your family and friends

How it Works – It’s Easy as 1-2-3!

-Each week, you will participate in a fun, interactive curriculum that includes a nutritional component and physical activity

  1. Fun physical exercise include walking, Zumba, Jazzercise, Yoga, and other life-long exercise choices

  2. Learn weight management for a lifetime, making best choices in supermarket shopping, and eating away from home

  3. Mandatory attendance and creating your own journal equals real commitment and are the keys to program success
