Great Showing at PPT's Shakespeare Monologue and Scene Contest

Perf Arts

Congratulations to all of our high school students that participated in the Pittsburgh Public Theatre's Shakespeare Monologue and Scene Contest. Over 1,200 students from more than 90 schools competed, and from those, 11th graders, Isabel Papariella and Keaura Brooks (King), were selected to participate in the finals.12th graders, Sydney Moore and Qasai Smalls, along with 9th grader, Jayson Allen, earned honorable mentions. This marks the fifth time in six years that Woodland Hills has been represented in the finals.  Great job to Performing Arts teacher Reid Burnes and all of the students!
